- Job Purpose: Actively works with other departments on the application systems implementation and to identify business process improvements through the application and the technologies, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity.

- Purchasing : OK
- IProcurement: LITTLE BID
- ISourcing Portal.NO
- Inventory:
- o Supports Oracle Enterprise Asset Management modules. NO
- o Provide daily support needed to ensure a successful usage of Supply Chain Management Module.
- o Provide user support, handholding and respond to queries. Track and report on overall quantity and type of resolutions. Identify and report findings of end user needs/issues. Initiate efforts and procedures to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot and recommend solutions
- o Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and provide permanent fix
- o Review functional setups & configuration and take corrective action
- o Coordinate with Oracle support, DBA, Technical consultant and other Functional consultants for implementing bug fixes
- o Provide user training to new users and retraining to existing users on new functionalities. Develop and maintain up-to-date end user training manuals and materials.
- o Actively participate and make contributions in team meetings and one-on-one meetings.
- • Provide Support to Blackboard functionally and which includes:
- o Provide day-to-day operational support for the Blackboard end users.
- o Effective modeling of business requirements and processes using proper business process analysis and business process modeling techniques.
- o Setup courses, enrollments users and eLearning content before the start and end of term.
- o Integrates eLearning system with other systems such as student information systems (Banner) and monitor the performance and updates.
- o Communicates and/or coordinates with eLearning vendors about any service requests.
- o Coordinating with blackboard end users for their issues and concerns and resolving it.
- o End user documentation and blackboard training for new faculty as scheduled.
- o Develops plans for the eLearning system expansion and integration with other systems
- o Develops and maintains applications to facilitate data synchronization between student system and eLearning systems.
- o Communicates and/or coordinates with eLearning vendors about any service requests
- o Automates administration tasks using various scripting languages.
- o Raises SR with Blackboard Support Center for any critical issue.
- o Other duties as assigned.
- • In- house Applications
- o Ongoing support and maintenance for all in house applications like Bookstore, Alumni, Scheduler, Election, Survey, Banner Reports, Query Builder and Sadad Payment Systems.
- o Monitor and maintain and fix the bugs related to in house applications.
- o Develops and maintains information systems and software, including problem identification, analysis, and database structure design, testing, and implementation.
- o Advise management on roadmap for Application enhancements, identification, implementation of new, advanced functionalities and new modules. (on need basis)
- o Prepares and presents presentations, training to end users required. Creates briefing and explanatory notes on the issues and problems associated with the current development activities ensuring resolution of those issues. Address problems from the perspective of IT resource, technical and end user focused.
