- We are looking for a Social Media/Operations specialist to join our team in Safarway's Ramallah office.
- Safarway is the first and largest Arabic website and application that provides rich and up-to-date travel-related content, and includes the largest community of Arab travelers, giving them a platform to share their experiences and photos from their trips and exchange information and reviews about the best places to visit around the world.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video)
- • Pursue social media channels; write posts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.;
- • Monitor effectiveness of social media efforts; recommend ways to improve content;
- • Interact with customers and deal with customers’ inquiries;
- • Stay current with social media trends and best practices;
- • Review and approve the content daily;
- • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;
- • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- REQUIREMENTS
- • Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- • Excellent copywriting skills
- • A creative thinker with an ability to think out of the box
- • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- • Strong writing, verbal, and problem-solving skills, good storytelling abilities
- • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- • Excellent communication skills
- • A keen eye for detail
- • Knowledge HTML is a plus
