Logitude is currently looking to recruit a Tech Lead with (5-10) years' experience, We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.
To be successful as a technical lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 5+ years of Solid Experience with complex software development lifecycle using Agile and Scrum Ceremonies.
- Solid Experience as Full Stack development in web applications with C#, Entity framework / Entity Framework Core, ASP.NET / ASP .NET Core, Web APIs, Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3.
- Solid experience in SQL Server Databases as SQL/TSQL, SQL Tuning, and Administration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Solid experience in Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns.
- Ensure the team produces high-quality code with a low defect rate and high-quality software.
- Ability to lead a scrum team and achieve sprint goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
