Company Description
NatHealth acts as the focal point
where medical claims received from health care providers are audited and
adjudicated utilizing our e-claim system features, including the smart
card technology. This facilitates prompt payment to the rendering
service provider. We strive to provide quality service to the end user
while ensuring the lowest possible claim cost to insurance companies and
self-insured corporate funds.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Trouble shooting, problem solving and modification of the e-claim system, compliant systems, card issuance system, smart card system website, sales force system, reporting systems for the e-claims.
- Collect data on existing and proposed systems and applications.
- Test new devices and tools to enhance current systems.
- Writing SQL queries and export reports.
- Create flowcharts, modeling and simulation of IT processes.
- Document system problems and resolution for future references.
- Perform other Job-related duties as assigned.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Minimum Requirement
BA in Computer Science.
1-2 years’ experience in Oracle, Database, SQL, PL/SQL.
Good Knowledge in Oracle development (Forms, reports).
Good knowledge in hardware maintenance and network administration.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Very good written and spoken English and Arabic.
