Business Alliance : Maintenance / Mechanical Engineer

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Maintenance / Mechanical Engineer for a leading Services Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment (i.e, elevators, air conditioning, etc).
2. Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults, and supervise time-critical equipment repairs.
3. Manage installation and maintenance of new mechanical systems.
4. Maintain statistical records, and prepare quantities and specifications reports for the mechanical processes.
5. Prepare project plans including engineering specifications for mechanical works.
6. Follow-up on maintenance and replacement of all spare parts needed for mechanical works.
7. Coordinate mechanical work with all respective parties.
8. Adhere to all safety and performance regulations.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Special Requirements & Skills: 

1. Capable to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures.
2. Very good verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
3. Good knowledge of Autocad and Microsoft applications.
4. Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
5. Flexible, able to perform well under pressure.
6. Able to intervene promptly and efficiently, where and when required.

Total Years of Experience:
2 - 4 years in or relevant experience.

 

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant field.

 

Location:
Ramallah.

Languages Required:
Good in Arabic & English.
