BA/HR is recruiting a Sales Manager for a leading real estate company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement the strategic sales plan to maximize annual sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Set KPIs and delivery plans for sales growth.
- Follow, review and update existing and new sales policies and procedures.
- Identify strategic sales opportunities and partnerships and prepare plans to access them.
- Run intensive search and market study to build and expand database of Palestinian potential buyers in the international market.
- Build a result-based international remote sales strategy in the aftermath of COVID-19 with clear targets & well-identified implementation strategies.
Sales:
- Lead implementation of the international sales strategy, including the Palestine and remote selling strategies.
- Achieve aggressive and monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads, market, and sell the company's real-estate products.
- Make direct sales activities whether in person or over the telephone.
- Conduct presentations to existing and prospective customers, including one-to-one and group presentations.
- Develop relationships with existing and new clients, understand their needs, and advise them on available real estate.
- Present financing options and follow up with customers.
- Participate effectively in trade shows and conventions.
- Develop new marketing ideas to generate leads in various countries with the marketing team's support.
- Work with engineering and marketing teams to facilitate sales and customer service needs.
- Manage all customer service tasks related to after-sales including payment collection, customer inquiries, and property delivery to customers to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Prepare progress reports on a weekly basis, quarterly and annual basis, as requested.
- Act as the owner and champion of the company's sales database for leads and sales in its own scope.
- Plan and arrange all travel schedules and logistics in full.
- Perform all work-related tasks assigned by the line manager.
Team Management
- Manage the sales and customer service team.
- Build and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct performance reviews and development plans.

Special Requirements & Skills:
- Hands-on experience in direct sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written & verbal).
- Excellent time management, analytical and quantitative skills.
- Valid driver’s license and has his/her own car.
- Business and computer literacy.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or comments from clients, coworkers, supervisors, and/or management.
- Ability to make effective presentations on general topics to a large group of employees, clients, and/or management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent social networking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers from various backgrounds.
- High work ethics and professionalism.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
Total Years of Experience:
Minimum 5 years of related experience including proven experience in meeting sales targets.
Education & Certificates Require
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
