Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated and highly motivated IT support personnel who will manage the computing environment for a team of developers. The position involves supporting basic hardware setup, and technical documentation.
Work location: Ramallah
Responsibilities
- Daily technical support for engineers in a software company.
- Users Account Management on various IT systems.
- Installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, and servers.
- Maintaining the company websites.
- Instaling, Maintaining, and Troubleshooting the office electrical devices when needed.
- Helping with administrative and office management tasks.

Qualifications
- Engineering or BCs degree in Computer Science or Information System or Electrical Engineer.
- Practical experience in Windows (Linux an advantage).
- Practical experience in configuring Networks.
- Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to PHP, Java, and C#.
- Service-oriented; loves to help people.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using WordPress is an advantage.
