Abu Wajih Trading and General Contracting Company, announce our vacancy for a Sales Accountant at the company's main office in Ramallah.
الشروط والمؤهلات الوظيفية:
1- ي/تحمل شھادة محاسبة من جامعة معترف بھا .
2-خريج/ة جديد من جامعة معترف بها أو خبرة عملیة في مجال المحاسبة لا تقل عن سنتین.
3-المقدرة على اصدار فواتير مبيعات و قبوضات للزبائن.
4-الالمام بادخال ارساليات المبيعات على النظام.
5-المقدرة على اعداد تقارير شھرية للإدارة .
6-المقدرة على كتابة الشیكات وإعدادھا ومطابقة الذمم مع الموردين والزبائن.
7-المقدرة على عمل التسويات البنكية ومطابقة كشوفات البنك.
8-الالمام بضبط الصناديق النقدية ومطابقتها.
9-الالمام ببرامج الاوفیس وتحديدا الاكسل والوورد.
10-يفضل ان ي/تجيد اللغة العبرية قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة.
11-الافضلية لمن له/ا خبرة في برنامج بيسان أو SAP للمحاسبة.
12-ان ي/تكون حسن/ة التعامل مع زملاء العمل والزبائن.
13-ي/تتحمل ضغط العمل والعمل ضمن فريق.
14-الاستعداد للقيام بمھام وواجبات اخرى يحددها المدير المباشر.
Job Requirments:
Holds an accounting degree from a recognized university.
Fresh Graduate from an accredited university or
two years of practical experience in the field of accounting.
The ability to issue sales invoices and receipts to customers.
Familiarity with entering sales dispatches into the system.
The ability to prepare monthly reports for management.
The ability to write and prepare checks and match receivables with suppliers and customers.
The ability to reconcile bank statements.
The ability to control cashbox and petty cash.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Word.
Fluent in Hebrew, reading, writing, and speaking is a plus.
Preference will be given to those with experience in Bisan or SAP accounting software.
Team Player.
Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
Willingness to perform other tasks and duties determined by the direct manager.
