Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Food Technologist (أخصائي تصنيع غذائي) for a leading company in the food industry, located in Ramallah, Palestine.
Reporting to the Manufacturing & Production Process Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and advance company linkages with leading ingredient providers.
- Stay tuned and updated about new trends and the latest leading ingredients provider’s inventions and efforts of new technologies and progress relevant in the sector, and assess the viability wherever possible to adopt relevant updates into the company products.
- Support sales by developing and maintaining product innovations.
- Source ingredients of products and find the best way to combine, process, store and preserve products to maintain their taste and nutritional value.
- Work on developing new products based on company requirements and strategic guidance.
- Lead and carry out lab trials all the way through to the 1st production batch phase following a systematic scientific methodology and framework.
- Document all records and develop working procedures/parameters/guidelines for consistent product performance.
- Conduct periodic product evaluation research and engage top management with findings.
- Work with the commercial team to conduct consumer satisfaction.
- Research and integrate outcomes into product improvement cycles.
- Adoption of product development methodology.

Special Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in a relevant role.
- Excellent Analytical Skills.
- Well-organized and has strong, well-structured communications skills.
- Strong leadership attributes.
- Ability to work under pressure and understands the importance of meeting deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
Years of experience:
At least 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage Manufacturing or relevant sectors.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Science with a major in an appropriate area, such as (Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Chemistry).
Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.
Languages Required:
Very Good in English. Fluent in Arabic.
