Innotech is seeking to fill a Head of Engineering position with the following Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities:
-
This role is responsible for heading the Engineering teams at CEPRES and directly supporting the CTO. The candidate is expected to hire, on-board, mentor, coach and lead the team.

Work closely with the CTO, peers, and executives to staff teams and execute the technical strategy of software development
-
Own the execution of CEPRES Products development.

Ensure engineering excellence throughout the teams including following agile development practices, development guidelines, and architecture best practices

Establishment of agile processes across the virtual project teams
-
Budget responsibility and effective management of the software development environment
متطلبات الوظيفة
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent experience
-
Work experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, Engineering Director or in a similar senior-level position at an Engineering department.
-
5+ years experience in several of the following languages (frameworks): C#, .NET Core, JS Frameworks such as ReactJS or AngularJS.

3+ years experience in Cloud Services such as AWS
-
Extensive experience in software development and project management
-
Experience with system design in a SaaS product environment.

Experience with Cloud solution enablement
-
Experience managing IT in Agile Frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, with Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.

Fluent English communication is a must (verbal, written and analytical skills)
