BA/HR is recruiting an Optimization Engineer for a leading Services Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering are highly recommended to apply.
Contract Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coverage and capacity Dimensioning/Re-dimensioning.
- Drive test analysis and troubleshooting.
- Provide solutions for suffering areas (coverage, capacity, quality, low throughputs).
- Generate the needed KPIs report from OSS/ENM and other data
- warehouse reports.
- New Features/Parameters trials and evaluation
- Monitor, evaluate, and enhance daily KPIs.
- Responsible for solving customer complaints.
Follow up and analyze daily degraded cells and sites.

- Knowledge of Programming Languages and Microsoft programs.
- Able to intervene promptly and efficiently, where and when required.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driving license.
